CarbON Valorisation in Energy-efficient Green fuels is a 42 months long project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No. 818135.
It brings together 10 universities, research institutes, and companies from 8 European countries that are collaborating to improve the techniques used to produce biodiesel from agricultural waste but also produce valuable chemicals, hydrogen, and CO₂. This will help make biodiesel more sustainable and financially more attractive for biofuel producers.
